Love happens in Long Beach

“Let there be spaces in your togetherness, And let the winds of the heavens dance between you. Love one another but make not a bond of love: Let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls. Fill each other's cup but drink not from one cup. Give one another of your bread but eat not from the same loaf. Sing and dance together and be joyous, but let each one of you be alone, Even as the strings of a lute are alone though they quiver with the same music. Give your hearts, but not into each other's keeping. For only the hand of Life can contain your hearts. And stand together, yet not too near together: For the pillars of the temple stand apart, And the oak tree and the cypress grow not in each other's shadow.”

a dear friend of mine, Jessica Bermudez was married to Garland Jamison in Long Beach, CA.  Here are but a few photos from that special day.

Tres Pelirrojas

The Last Long Beach Park Jam of the summer 2012.  The three redheads, Bella, Dudley and myself had some fun dancing, being creative with vibrant chalk on the walls, and had a good time. Seven year old Bella learned how to use my camera and shot some really decent photos. Enjoy!

Zaaim and I, not alone.

The Siamese King Zaaim and I observed the first night noises from the hallway; wind perhaps, the windows were open.  Dudley and I observed the second night footsteps and a windy stairway with the windows closed, I think someone or something was trying to tell us something.  While Haydar was away, the ghosts did play, and I practiced once again shooting with my Cannon 60D.   The lens caught no paranormal activity this time.
